Welcome to TheOutdoorCatalog.com (the “Site”), operated by The Outdoor Catalog LLC (“The Outdoor Catalog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate the Site and related content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Services, together with any policies we reference (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy). Please read them carefully—they include warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. The Services (including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, design and layout, trademarks, and other content) are owned by The Outdoor Catalog or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. 7. Optional Tools

The Services are hosted and powered by Shopify, but your purchases are with The Outdoor Catalog LLC, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for our products, Services, or sales. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising out of or in any way connected with your transactions and interactions with us.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site and forms part of these Terms. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, some personal information is processed by Shopify under its own policies and may be transferred internationally as needed to provide the Services. 11. Feedback and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, ideas, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback” or “User Content”), you grant The Outdoor Catalog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services and our marketing, in any media now known or developed in the future.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Content; that it does not infringe any third-party rights; and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. We may monitor, edit, remove, or refuse any content at our discretion.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time (including after you have submitted your order).

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY THE OUTDOOR CATALOG, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OUTDOOR CATALOG LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Outdoor Catalog LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services or products, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms, together with all policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services or products are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any disputes that are not subject to informal resolution or arbitration (if offered), except where applicable law provides you with mandatory rights to bring claims in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
