Where we ship

At this time, The Outdoor Catalog ships orders within the United States only.
We don’t currently offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after you place them.
Processing includes order confirmation, packing, and handing your items over to the carrier.

During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping methods & rates (United States)

  • Standard Shipping$4.99
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Free Standard Shipping$0.00
    Orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.
    Same estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after processing.

Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–9 business days, depending on processing time and carrier performance.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, holiday volume, etc.).

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package.

If you haven’t received tracking after 7 business days, contact us at support@theoutdoorcatalog.com with your order number.

Shipping address & delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout:

  • We’re not responsible for orders that can’t be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to a corrected address, but additional shipping charges may apply.

If the tracking shows that your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors/household members.

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.

  3. If you still can’t locate it, email support@theoutdoorcatalog.com and we’ll do our best to help.

The Outdoor Catalog can’t be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Delays & force majeure

We do our best to ship orders on time, but we’re not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Customs or governmental actions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@theoutdoorcatalog.com.

We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing or shipped.
