Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your new tee. Please read the policy below before placing an order.


1. General policy

Because our products are created in small batches specifically for our community, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • General “I don’t like it” reasons

Please make sure to check our Size Guide and product photos carefully before ordering.


2. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty

  • There is a serious print issue

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or color compared to your order confirmation

How to report an issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@theoutdoorcatalog.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing:

    • The full item

    • The problem area (print, damage, etc.)

    • The label if it’s a size or color issue

After we review your request, we’ll confirm whether we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We may decline a replacement or refund if the damage appears to have been caused by improper use, washing, or wear after delivery.


3. Color & minor variations

Please note:

  • Colors may look slightly different in person than on your screen due to display settings.

  • Small differences in print position or scale are normal for graphic t-shirts.

These types of minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.


4. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

If you still can’t locate the package, email support@theoutdoorcatalog.com.
We’ll review the situation, but we can’t guarantee a free replacement for orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.


5. Refunds

When a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the issue is our fault (for example: wrong item or faulty item).
